Ya this feels like Monday at work to me. I see destruction everywhere.

Andreas Gefeller
Andreas Gefeller, a German photographer, added some new photos to his Supervisions series. He photographed the floors of each room in the Academy of Arts in Düsseldorf, Germany. This reminds me of good old days back in art school. Each photo is actually assembled from many single photos, which he took from around 2 meters above the floor. The result is very intriguing!

Out of this world
What an amazing place.

This exceptional geyser landscape in Nevada appears to be of extraterrestrial origin. The geyser discharges boiling water out of three vents heated by an active magma chamber in shallow depth below this area. The geyser is located in the middle of a dried-up lake that covered 22.000 km² at the end of the last ice age. Volcanic basalt lava builds up the bedrock below the sediments of the former lake. These lava eruptions occurred during the ice age. The appearance of this landscape often changed during the last 10.000 years. Probably its most unusual and beautiful today.

Bamboo Stool
Bamboo stool found here
Bamboo is a popular choice of material these days, because of its high sustainability. Growing up in Asia it's hard for me to imagine that a typical thing like bamboo furniture could be this modern. This stool is simple yet well constructed. I don't know if they got inspiration from dim sum steamer or not, but this makes me hungry looking at it.Typhoon Mini Dim Sum Steamers

Veng, Robot Will Kill
Brooklyn Based Artist, Veng from Robot Will Kill has given a new look to street art. I been admiring these character designs for quite sometimes now. His influence from 15th century Flemish paintings made these designs feel like a fairy tale. It's totally refreshing to see.

Vogue spring patterns
Yes Spring is here and these photos are so appropriate. I found these wonderful photos a few years ago from Italian Vogue by Steve Meisel. When I had to design a branding for woman television. These pictures are so visually interesting to look at. I find my self going back to these photos ever since then. I love the idea of mixing pattern on pattern. Just makes me wanna be covered with tattoos and wear flowery pattern.

Banana Bread
I have to say that Banana Bread I made yesterday was GOOD! This is probably one of the easiest things I ever made. Thanks to Hema and her recent vacation to Hawaii. She got me this banana bread mix. I know it's a cheat, but this bread is so soft and moist. Unlike supermarket cake mix.
I'm not sure if I should call this bread or cake.
The package says it's a bread but the texture is quit soft like cake.
