South Beach Diet

I have so many good things to say about South Beach diet. First time I did it was right before my wedding. It was just a fulfilling diet. The idea is to eat no carb or sugar in the first two weeks. And only eat things that are low on glycemic index. After week 3 I can start eating carb and sugar. Since I'm eating 5 meals a day per south beach requirement, I didn't feel like I starved my self at all. Instead I was full of energy and my metabolism was super charged. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to lose weight and wanna maintain the weight for a long time.
